This is a divine treat!
I like to sit quietly with it on a mellow morning or have it as a dessert in the evening to calm down. It is autumn in a glas – golden coloured, comfortable, gently warm, full of flavour. The addition of reishi, turmeric and cinnamon, turn it into a medicinal tonic.

Golden soul medicine – as I like to call it!
PUMPKIN SPICED REISHI LATTE
1 1/2 cups almond milk
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp coconut butter
1 tbsp raw local honey or 2 medjool dates
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, clove, cardamom)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp reishi powder
1 tsp raw cacao nibs for topping
Gently warm the almond milk in a saucepan. Transfer to a blender. Blend all ingredients until foamy, adjust any flavors as needed, dust some raw cacao nibs and extra cinnamon on top if desired, sip in a quiet space.
